Flowix vs Track Titan:
Which Fits Your Racing?

Track Titan is a coaching platform with a desktop recorder for Windows and Mac, a free tier for recording and analysis, and paid plans for AI driving tips, pro reference laps and setups across many sims, including F1 on consoles. Flowix supports fewer sims, but records vehicle-dynamics channels and lets you connect the AI assistant of your choice at no cost.

Free Means Every Feature

The free plan is not a trial or a cut-down version. Every analysis feature is free, including the AI connector. PRO only changes how long detailed telemetry is stored and who can see it.

Included for free

  • Automatic 60 Hz recording in AMS2, AC, AC EVO and RaceRoom
  • Full lap analysis: every channel, lap overlays, 2D/3D track maps and sector splits
  • Personal bests, global leaderboards and comparison with other drivers' public laps
  • Share links and CSV / CSVY export
  • The AI race engineer connector
  • Lap times, sessions and personal bests are kept with no time limit

The only free-plan limits

  • Detailed telemetry traces are kept for 14 days, or 7 days for non-clean laps (PRO: 1 year). Laps in the top 10 of a track-and-car leaderboard keep their traces longer. Lap times, sessions and personal bests are kept forever.
  • 500 MB of telemetry storage, about 1,500 laps at the average lap size; space comes back as old traces expire (PRO: 5 GB).
  • Your traces are visible to other drivers (PRO can make them private).
  • AI calculations use shared server capacity; PRO requests also get reserved capacity when the service is busy.

Ask Your Own Questions

Most telemetry tools stop at graphs you interpret yourself, or at tips in a pre-set format: you get the analysis the tool was built to give, and you cannot ask a follow-up. Flowix connects the AI assistant you choose to your laps, so it answers the question you actually have and works out non-standard analysis from your data when you need it.

Questions you can ask about your own laps

  • “Why was my best lap at Spa faster than the laps I drove today?”
  • “Where do I lose time against the leaderboard leader in my car?”
  • “Am I locking the fronts into the hairpins? Walk me through my braking zones.”
  • “The outside edge of my front tyres runs hot. What could I change?”
  • “Compare my minimum speed in every corner with my best lap and rank the gaps.”
  • “Based on this week's sessions, what should I practise next?”

The AI can run its own calculations on any channel for a one-off question, so you are not limited to built-in reports. Answer quality depends on the model you connect; larger models give better coaching.

How the AI Race Engineer Works

Architecture: tray agent vs coaching app

Flowix

Flowix runs a native Windows agent with no window or overlay and does all analysis on the server. The agent's only job is to read shared memory at 60 Hz and upload finished laps.

Track Titan

Track Titan installs a desktop app on Windows or Mac that records sessions and analyses them when the session ends. It also offers a live overlay, setups, challenges and community Pods inside the app.

Telemetry fidelity and channel availability

Flowix

Flowix publishes its channel list: tyre carcass temperatures in three zones, damper velocity, ride height, brake rotor heat and more. How many are filled depends on the sim; AMS2 provides all 57.

Track Titan

Track Titan's public material focuses on driving technique and coaching tips rather than a channel catalogue, so we cannot compare channel by channel.

AI workflow: your model vs their model

Flowix

The Flowix connector uses the open Model Context Protocol. You choose the assistant, ask any question, and it reads your laps and leaderboards. The connector is free; your AI provider's plan may cost money.

Track Titan

Track Titan's AI tips are built in and need no extra setup. They come in a set format, pointing out your biggest mistakes per corner with the time lost and the reason, and they are only on paid plans. There is no chat: you cannot ask your own question, request an analysis the tips do not cover, or switch the model.

Which One Should You Choose?

When to Choose Track Titan

  • You drive iRacing, ACC, LMU, F1 or Forza, or race on a console.
  • You want ready-made tips with no AI setup at all.
  • You want pro reference laps and esports setups in one subscription.
  • You use a Mac.

When to Choose Flowix

  • You drive AMS2, AC, AC EVO or RaceRoom.
  • You want AI coaching without a coaching subscription, or want to pick the model.
  • You care about suspension and tyre thermal data, not only inputs.
  • You want plain CSV exports of every lap.

Flowix vs Track Titan FAQ

The connector is free on every Flowix plan. The AI itself comes from your provider: the free Gemini plan or a local model in LM Studio costs nothing; Claude and ChatGPT need a plan that supports custom connectors. Providers change their plans, so check their current terms.

No. Flowix currently supports Automobilista 2, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa EVO and RaceRoom on Windows.

No. Flowix records silently and shows nothing while you drive; all analysis happens after the lap, in the browser or through your AI assistant.

Yes. The Flowix agent only reads shared memory, so other telemetry apps can read the same data at the same time.
