Charts show what happened. An AI that can read all your sessions can also tell you what to do about it.
Ask where you lose time against your best lap or a leaderboard lap. You get answers with distances in metres and the vehicle-dynamics reason, not canned “brake later” tips.
“Am I getting faster at Spa?” The AI compares laps from different days, finds the corner where you keep losing time, and tells you whether a mistake is a one-off or a habit.
Ask for a plan for the next week: which corners to focus on, what to change first and how to measure it. Come back after your next session and it checks your progress.
Trail braking, weight transfer, tyre pressures, setup basics. The AI explains how sim racing works, using your own laps as examples, and it's happy to just talk about the session.
Connect Your AI to Your Telemetry
The connector uses the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). It gives the AI read-only tools to list your sessions, open a session, find leaderboard laps and analyse lap telemetry. It also hands the AI a coaching handbook, so answers follow the same method every time. The AI also learns which channels your simulator actually records, so it won't invent data.

Use the assistant you already pay for or use free. Gemini works on its free plan; Claude and ChatGPT need a plan that supports custom connectors.
Run an open model such as Qwen, Llama or gpt-oss on your own PC. Free, offline-capable and no AI subscription at all.
With a local model your conversation never leaves your computer. Only the telemetry queries the model makes are fetched from Flowix.
Use a local model that supports tool calling; bigger models coach better. PRO adds priority processing for the connector, but PRO is never required to use it. AI providers change their plans often, so check their current terms.
